MyZolve isn't a corporate product. It's something I've been quietly building in my mind and heart for many years.
MyZolve is something I've been quietly building in my mind and heart for many years.
Throughout my career in Employee Relations and workplace equity, I've spent countless hours helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their professional lives—times when someone felt confused, unheard, or unsure of what to do next. Over time, I noticed a pattern: many employees were struggling alone long before they ever reached someone who could help them make sense of their situation.
After years of working inside organizations conducting workplace investigations and helping resolve complex employee concerns, I began imagining a simple tool that could help people much earlier in that journey.
I wanted to create something different.
MyZolve was designed to give people a place to pause, document what they're experiencing, organize their thoughts, and begin to understand their options. From the very beginning, I knew the core tools would always remain free. The ability to privately reflect, document your experiences, and regain clarity about a workplace situation should never depend on someone's ability to pay.
For me, this platform isn't primarily about building a business—it's about offering something back.
Professionally, I've spent many years working in leadership roles focused on employee relations, workplace investigations, and organizational equity, often helping individuals and institutions navigate complex workplace dynamics. But beyond my formal work, I'm someone who cares deeply about people and the systems that shape our lives.
I'm also a mother, a writer, and a naturally curious person who spends a lot of time reflecting on human behavior, consciousness, and the deeper forces that shape our experiences. Those perspectives influence how I approach this work—with empathy, patience, and a genuine belief that people deserve dignity and fairness at work.
In many ways, MyZolve is simply an extension of that belief.
It's a quiet space for people who need a moment to gather their thoughts, understand what they're facing, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Sometimes the most powerful thing someone can offer is a moment of clarity.
Free tools to help you document what's happening and understand your options. Built with care, offered with heart.
